Norton 360 Backup utility

Although I am using this utility for a long time i am not really familiar with it.

I use an external hard drive for backup.

 

I have never a good user guide or documentation that explain how the Norton 360 back up works.

 

Questions for exapmle that I would like to know:

 

Does it save in backup all versions of the backed up file ?

Can I define policy for how many versions to save in the backup ?

Can I clean the history of the back for element from time ti time ?

My external hard drive became full, it is about 500 GB, what should I do ? should i delete files who are no longe relevant ? or should I buy an additional external hard drive ?

 

There are many questions. I would appericiate if someone can answer or point me onto the relevant documentation.

I have checked inthe url you sent and there is nothing there that I found to abswer my questions.

Acctually I have not found any real user manual for the Symantec Norton 360 backup and restore utility.

I did find a pdf for N360 version 4

 

I don't have the product and I don't know how much detail there is in that pdf about the backup program itself. Maybe it will be of some help to you.

I have looked at it, very shallow, can provide to me the necessary help.

Do you know if that is the forum (or other( where I can just write the direct "how to" questions about the backup utilitu ?
