My name is Jan. I'm from Slovenia, a small country in Central Europe, that many people don't know, where it is. I had some technical problems with Norton 360 Premier Edition. I wasn't able to delete any of backup sets, that was linked to my account. I need to sincerely thank Mr. Jeff Gillis, from Symantec Support for taking my case and try to solve it. He immediately took a control of my computer and try to fix all wrong things, that he founded. I have never seen so dedicated support representative, to solve that issue. He worked really nice all the time and with delicate precision. From start until end he really concentrate on my problem. Finally, he realize, that issue is beyond my PC. He immediately contacted Engineering Team, to get on that issue and try to solve it as quickly as possible. I'm still waiting for them to response, but I can truly say, that Mr. Jeff Gillis, is one of the best support representative, that Symantec has to offer. Once again, I want to say, that I'm at most grateful for all time and effort that Mr. Jeff Gillis, put it my case, to try to resolve it.
Hi,unfortunately we donot have that option as N360 always baksup to the root folder ,work arounds you can try are create two partitions or create different folders and map them as network drives in my computer and set up the backup.
