Norton 360 Bad Pool Header

I recently downloaded Norton 360 v 4 and I get a blue screen that says I have a Bad Pool Header.  I have to operate in Safe Mode. 

 

Anyone know if there is a fix for this?

I have a Dell XPS and run Windows XP.  I had Mcafee but decided to use Norton.  When I installed Norton 360 it removed Mcafee. 

 

I have nothing else installed

You should uninstall Norton 360, run the mcafee removal tool to completely clear out mcafee and then reinstall and update Norton 360. The tool can be downloaded from here
