I normally use Chrome as a browser. I'm trying to efile my taxes and Turbotax appears to be trying to use Internet Explorer to link to the service. Norton 360 appears to be blocking the use of IE....Norton keeps popping up saying it's re-setting my "homepage" because a program tried to change it. I checked Norton 360 to make sure it "allows" IE to run, but IE still will not run.
