Norton 360 blue screening my computer. No fix / no returns

Just purchased Norton 360 and it has been crashing my computer for 3 hours. I have done everything on your website to fix it. Followed all instructions. I just wanted to return it and go back to purchasing Norton online. Even though I have been a customer for 6 years I am not given a chance to purchase the more expensive Norton online and get a credit or refund for the online. I guess it's time to move on to your competitors.
