I'm trying to get to the general settings portion of Norton 360. However, everytime I click on settings only the identity safe thing pops up. I left it on, turned it off, signed in, clicked configure, clicked restore defaults, EVERYTHING that I could think of to get passed this screen and nothing is working. It's really ticking me off.
