Norton 360 can't delete 2 trojans

My Norton can't delete two trojans, here's the .txt that i used in google translate.

I got 1 trojan horse, 1 comprimising threat and a hacktool.rootkit.

They were all put in quarantine but still shows up when I do a full search.

Should I do anything more?

Hi

 

I don't believe those game files are safe or false positives. Games like that aren't usually able to be downloaded. You are supposed to buy the game and get a cd for it. I just did a Google search and it appears they came from an illegal source. Since they came from there, I would say they are definitely infected. Going to places like that is not only illegal, but is extremely dangerous for your computer as you can see now. There was also a mention of a rootkit in his post too I believe.

Due to the fact the game has been downloaded from somewhere and compressed in a .rar file

 

1. Someone may have modified the .exe, where no disc patching or being covert and adding Malware inside the .exe.

 

2. It's inside a .rar file so Norton can't get the file??.

Try downloading, updating, and running Malwarebytes.  Do a full scan.  Post back what is found using the "add attachments" link under the orange post button.  The log may give us some more information and MBAM may remove much of the problem.

Ummm, how can N360 clean these problems up if he's showing NIS 2010 in his log??? Does N360 have NIS files in it that I'm not aware of???

Maybe this thread was posted in the wrong part of the Forum, but then the name of the Thread is wrong.

 

I guess the OP has NIS 2010 and not N360 since he never did mention which Norton he had. That shouldn't make too much difference though that it has the wrong subject in this thread.
