I am running Norton 360 (8.5.5 Build 293) Clean on a Mac (Running Catalina 10.15.4). It does the scan and after choosing to clean duplicate, similar, and junk files (69MB worth of stuff) it has been running several hours and appears stuck in the cleaning mode. ?? Any suggestions? It is stuck on "53 MB Cleaned" and the circle just spins.
