Norton 360 Cleaning file recovery possible?

I ran Norton 360 with Lifelock Ultimate Plus Cleaning on my iMAC but it deleted files I needed for a windows 10 I was running through VM Ware Fusion 12.

Windows crashed and I cannot find the files necessary to recover.

Is there a way to UNDO the cleaning procedure which will by default recover the correct files?

If not, could this be developed for a future version?

You can do recovery in Windows 10 . I do not know if Norton has any way to back out the changes.
