I just renewed my subscription to Norton 360 with LifeLock and it's telling me (like it did last year) that I have cloud back available with 100GB cloud storage.Exactly where is this cloud back up software? I've never seen it. I called last year and spoke to tech-support and the guy on the phone almost had me canceling my subscription because it made me so angry that he couldn't tell me that the back up was available where the back up software was. I know I have back up sets out there from prior years of using Norton back up because I can see them when I go into manage my Norton account. I can view that upsets there's a link for that it says view back up sets but no where do I see restore back up sets and nowhere in the 360 software on my Mac or on my windows PC do I see anything anywhere in Norton 360 where it says BACKUP! You could with somebody be so kind as to tell me where the back up software is? Thank you.
I'm using Norton 360 for MAC ver 8.5.10 on a MacBook AIR with Catalina ver 10.15.
If someone can tell me what version of Norton 360 to use on a Windows 10 PC to gain back up functionality I would appreciate it.
I uninstalled Norton 360 from my Windows PC because it was it's resource utilization was way too high but I wish to give it another try so I will reload it.
So my question in a nutshell is does Norton 360 allow you to do back ups on Windows or I'm not a Mac?
