Norton 360 constantly asks for port approval

An annoying popup appears over and over again asking for approval for various IP portals and it never seems to remember my response. I always change the option to 'remember the response'. Is there a .perf file I need to delete?

Longstanding issue.  I have been posting and tweeting about this issue since July 2019!  (The images above were originally posted back in 2019!)

Norton still has NOT fixed this issue!  Because of this, I have been removing Norton from client computers.  Clients are fed up with Norton issues.  I have been a Norton customer for over 25 years.  Two weeks ago I switched to a product with the initials BD.  No problems at all so far. 

It appears that Norton pays no more than lip service to the Mac.  Otherwise these issues would have been fixed long ago.

Norton owes me a refund for the money I spent on their defective product.  I have been asking for a refund now for two months.  Norton has not fixed this issue nor offered a refund.
