I am using Norton 360 as my antivirus and over a month ago your product went from disabling my use of some of my apps to not letting me use a single thing on my computer. I am running windows 8.0, and cannot upgrade to 8.1 because as mentioned, your product simply won't allow my PC to do anything. I cannot go into the firewall and add permissions because every time I try the program simply crashes and I have to restart my computer.
Over 100 restarts later my patience with this entire situation and your product is near its limit. I'd very much appreciate some help with this.
