Norton 360 delay starting of services after uninstalling

I decided to install  360 after my Internet Security 2012 expired.  After using 360 for a few days I decided I liked Internet Security better, so I  uninstalled 360 and then installed the latest Internet Security.

I think what is happening now is, even though I'm running Internet Security, there is a feature that is still in place that was added by 360 which did not go a way after I uninstalled it.

When I was trying out 360 I used the feature which allows you to specify services / programs which will start a few minutes after the machine is turned on.  The idea is to get the machine up an running faster by not starting services that might not be needed right away.

So now I have MS SQL Service Manager getting launched five minutes after the machine boots up.  When this happens a  dialog appears which requires a response before it goes away.  I think this tells me that Norton is starting it up.

Is the delayed start up feature built into Internet Security?  If so then I could hopefully fix it if I just knew where to look.   If this is a residual feature from 360, that never went away when 360 was uninstalled, then any idea how I can deactivate it without doing an uninstall of Internet Security, reinstalling 360, removing the setting, uninstalling 360, reinstalling Internet security.  That is way too ugly of a fix for something that should be simple to do.

Thank you.
