Where/How did you acquire/purchase your Norton subscriptions?
Did you register new key to your Norton account?
Did you enter new key at your Norton product?
Have you restarted your device?

That depends on what market you are in. North America has 5 for Deluxe. Some other markets only get 3 for the Deluxe.
