I have bought the "Norton 360 Deluxe" package, but "My Norton" page does not give the feature to turn on VPN. FYI, our location is in SE Asia. Appreciate clarification.
And did you purchase directly from Norton's Philippines' web page, or from another source? The Philippines' web page does show the VPN should be available for the Deluxe version.
Did you already have another version of Norton before purchasing the Deluxe version?
Try entering your new product key at www.norton.com/setup That will ensure installation of the correct product version on your system.

Can you be a little more specific on your location? What country do you live in? Different countries get different feature sets due to legal or political reasons.
