Nachdem ich auf meinem Samsung-Handy in Norton 360 Deluxe VPN aktivieren wollte, öffnet Norton 360 und auch Norton Identity nur noch mit weißem Screen ohne aktive Schaltflächen ! Was muß ich tun, um Norton 360 wieder aktiv nutzen zu können?

You say “trying to activate”. Did you use the Redeem Subscription option or Get Started? If you already have a subscription for Norton you need to use the Redeem Subscription option and sign into your Norton Account.

If that is what you have done, try turning your phone off and then back on and test.

Hi Frank,

Can you send the N360 app logs by any chance? You can try shaking the device 5-6 times after you experience the activation issue with the blank screen, it should pop up as an option to send the app logs.

Also it would be helpful if you can list the exact steps that you took, in the email while sending the logs.
