Norton 360 deluxe not showing any vpn

Hi could anyone advise please, I’ve just purchased Norton 360 deluxe, I’ve installed it on my Google Pixel phone but can not find vpn anywhere, I’ve looked on the menu settings but there isn’t vpn

I got free 1 year subscription through sky broadband, just did online live chat and the guy said vpn doesn’t come with it, but 360 deluxe offers vpn as part of it.

I did the same with sky, signed up for the deluxe Norton and the VPN isn’t there. Got in contact with Norton and they said that the sky package is a cut down version of the Norton deluxe, so it’s not as advertised. To get a VPN with Norton I need to pay £29! Sky definitely misrepresenting this to us. As a result I’m going back to Mcafee as I need a VPN and not paying for one with Norton under such dubious tactics

Sky just give the introduction code. Yes you have showed the Sky page with “Norton 360 Deluxe“ subscription clearly stated. The Norton page shows whats in a Deluxe and it clearly has VPN. If the Sky Norton package is different from a Deluxe, then they should not call it Norton Deluxe and call it something else. So yeah it’ is clearly misrepresented by Sky by excluding those key features.

Why do you keep posting the same screenshot. I think you have misinterpreted my point on this which is rather simple. Personally, I think two different products with the exact same name of “Norton Deluxe 360” from the exact same supplier is confusing. I don’t care that the VPN text is omitted from the Sky website.

Indeed, we are not Norton employees. The difference is, the offering from Sky is a branded “partner” offering, much the same as some PC OEM’s have done and still do. Its matter of Sky licensing agreements with Norton and the product they offer with what features in that scenario. Sky may not want its customers using the Norton VPN on their infrastructure and may have specific reasons for that. I would ask Sky for clarification.

It doesn’t say “Special version of Norton 360 Deluxe that doesn’t have all of the features on the Norton 360 Deluxe page”

If it’s not the same service, call it something else. It’s not like at £8.99 a month once the trial expires that it is any cheaper, so it’s just a missing feature for reasons.

Worse, the Help Page for VPN even offers you a free upgrade, but the link doesn’t work. Magnificent.

Yeah I totally agree it should be named different, …Deluxe lite, Deluxe Sky version etc. Norton website is where the subscription is created and the software is downloaded so they shouldn’t provide different products under the exact same name.

Oh yeah I do recall the help page for the VPN teasing the free upgrade but it just wasn’t the case in reality
