Hi,
I have Noton 360 Deluxe on my pc (Windows 10, desktop mode). It should include a VPN. But it's not included in the download. When I log into My Norton, there is a download button. But it download the whole package - without the VPN. What am I doing wrong? :-)

I had the old version. I just uninstalled/reinstalled via a guide/program on Nortons webside, while you were responding to my post. And now everything is working 
I have the new version (2020). I renewed the license some months ago from a local webshop. And when I downloaded and put in the license-key, I thought it would update everything. Apparently not., but I didn't know

On your product do you see My Norton or More Norton? If More Norton, you are running the older Norton 360 product line. You need to upgrade to the newer Norton 360 product that does include the VPN feature.
When you contact Support, they can arrange this upgrade for you. And you should qualify for the free upgrade to the new product for the remainder of your current subscription. www.norton.com/contactcs
Thank you very much for your advice. At least I now know what the problem is - I can't go to My Norton. Absolutely nothing happens, when I click on it. I will call customer service on monday. Thanks for the pictures. Now I at least know what it should look like :-)
It is not a separate download. If you are seeing the classic Norton interface, click on the My Norton pillar at the right. That should bring up the new 360 interface where you will see the VPN feature.
