Norton 360 detected backdoor.trojan

I was just notified by Norton 360's auto protect that a backdoor.trojan was detected and it deleted that file but how do i know where that backdoor.trojan was deleted from cz norton doesn't defined the location....Reply fast and thanks.

Check in Tasks > Security History, there you can find which are the threats detected/removed/quarantined. You can click on More Details and find which are the files detected as threat.

ok, but when i did that it just says it is a "file based" and it doesn't state either location or the name of the file from which it was executed.

Try clicking on the threat itself.  I think that brings up more information options.
