The product detects Trojan gen 2 but will not remove it. I have found previous board posts on this issue. Each of those seem to have a user specific fix. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to do a factory reset. Thank you Dirk

I'm not understanding this. Perhaps somebody could explain why it is all right to send people off this forum to other forums for repairs, but not to one of our own, who we all know can fix it relatively quickly and easily here:
