Norton 360 didn't detect the fake Discovery Card website

Hi there,

Once in a while, couple spoof emails would be delivered to my hotmail account. Today I got an email from email address Discover @ disstrack . org, the below is the email content. Usually it will be delivered to the spam email and I would check out the link to test if Norton 360 would detect it. It always worked until today, when I clicked on the sign in link, Norton didn't block the website content. The fake website just looks like the Discovery card website but only the two fields of user Id and password can be accessed. I still can't believe that both Norton and Lookout (android phone security app) didn't detect the fake website either. That's pretty scary! 

The following is the content from the spool email:

As part of our security measures, an automated database update is being initiated.
Discover . com Require you to Log on to your Online Profile and follow the steps accordingly.

So please be sure to complete these steps as it will only take less than 3 minutes of your time. Failure to do this may result in misconduct of your personal information, Slow or NO Processing of payments.
