Issue abstract: Disabled Norton 360

Detailed description: A request to renew popped up. Clicking ‘Renew’ led to a window with two buttons, which overlaid the Norton 360 window - ‘sign-in’ and ‘enter key’ neither of which did anything. The only way to close the window was to click ‘disable app’. Was this a scam or is there a technical issue?

Product & version number: Norton 360 purchased March 2017

OS details: Windows 10

Does Norton LiveUpdate run?
Does Norton QuickScan?

Did you run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) machine?

Problem solved. The issue arose because the ‘sign-in’ and ‘enter key’ buttons didn’t work. That issue has gone away and I can now sign-in.
