Norton 360 disconnect wireless connection

Hi,

Before I install Norton 360 Multi Device on my system, I was able to connect to my wireless network. After I install 360, I can no longer connect to my wireless network. Can anyone advise on the steps to configure Norton 360 so that I can reconnect to my wireless network?

The problem is that the installation should not affected the wireless adaptor. Are you using a proxy? If you turn off av or firewall does it then work?

Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program.
