Norton 360 does not start on bootup

Hi Norton community,

 

Hard drive crashed on my Dell XPS, had to replace it. Reinstalled Norton just fine. Noticed though that it does not start automatically when Windows boots and starts... icon isn't in system tray. No Norton product is even listed under msconfig's startup tab. Checked in running processes and don't believe I saw any for Norton. Once icon is clicked on desktop, though, it runs and opens just fine.

 

Saw a few others with similar complaints... Have done updates, downloaded latest version. Did a clean uninstall/reinstall. Same problem. This has never happened before. I noticed though, I'm using a newer/different version than I had on my old hard drive.

 

Have I overlooked something? This is very bothersome... Thanks in advance!
