Norton 360 doesnt always start after a Windows 10 restart

Sometimes, not everytime -- I need to start up Norton 360 after my computer - running Windows 10 - reboots.

This isn't a major issue, as it runs fine when ever I start it up manually, but it would be nice to know if there is a fix for this, or if its something that I have to monitor myself.

I have all the latest "Live Updates" - and it was during a restart after installing an update for 360, that I noticed that the Norton icon wasn't in my toolbar at the bottom of my screen. I had to find it in my "Apps" and restart it manually.
