Norton 360 download from download link does not open on another laptop

I have three licensees to use with my purchased subscription to Norton 360 for windows. I have used one for myself. I sent a download link to another laptop. The download does not open. Any ideas what I am doing wrong.

Did you send a separate download link to the second device? Each invitation is only good for one install.
