I deleted an old laptop with a norton 360 subscription and am trying to activate it on a new laptop. I have 5 licenses but after downloading 360 and trying to activate, it's telling me the product key has no more licenses available. On my subscription page when I "view devices" it reflects the new laptop with the 360 subscription and the correct product key. So why can't I activate it?
Are you sure it is the new laptop being shown in the My Subscriptions page? Try deleting that activation by clicking on the trash can beside that entry. Then try activating the new laptop again.
