Norton 360 drivers nllStm.sys and nllArPot.sys.crashes my PC

Norton 360 causes my computer to constantly restart, both while gaming and using other applications. I ran Driver Verifier, which identified two Norton files as the cause of the error: nllStm.sys and nllArPot.sys. Reinstalling or repairing Norton didn’t help, and tech support couldn’t find a solution. I finally had to completely uninstall Norton 360, and the problem seems to have gone away. Has anyone had similar problems and found a solution? I’m using the latest version of Windows 11 Pro, a GeForce RTX 2070 Super graphics card, 32 GB of RAM, a Ryzen 7 3800X, and a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro motherboard.

@Jaroslaw_Gornas Did you by chance see a “DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)” notice or similar? Those drivers are notorious for BSOD’s on high end gaming systems. Is there ANY other security software installed or, enabled in the BIOS?

Hi. never seen DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133) error. Only IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, or KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (only once). I don’t use other security software, only Norton360

Hello again.
Of course, I tried these solutions before, but they didn’t help. I solved the problem by removing Norton 360 from my computer. Now everything works fine, and there are no errors. So it was clearly Norton’s fault. I’m waiting for a solution and a patch for the program, and if that doesn’t happen, I’ll simply cancel my Norton subscription.
