i have also purchased from a store ( staple canada ) a valid copy of norton 360 for 10 devices.
I can not get pass the credit card information. i do not have a credit card that i can use on your web site. i have contacted support with no help at all. three levels a phone operators i waited through, call was to be escalated to the next level but no call back after 48hr as promised. i can not return the software ware as it was open! ( opposite to what the second level operator told me )
norton tells me they will not enable my new valid copy with out a credit card. i do not this this demand for your credit card information is legal in canada ( negative bill sound very similar). also sound fishy to the number of new people reporting unauthorized credit card billing by norton.
I only want to get the software enabled , it is a valid and activated version according to norton help people and what is printed on the staples store receipt.
i do not want a subscription, i never have - check my account history
who can i contact to get this task completed?
