Norton 360 - Error 3048.3

I have 2 computers, 1 has 32 bit vista and the other has Windows 7, 64 bit.  I keep getting Error 3048.3 on both of the computers.  I click on the item for the computer and run it.  Also do live update.  I do live update before I start working on the coputer and when I am done on the computer.  Hope someone can please help me.
