Norton 360 Error 8504, 104

Hi -

 

I have a Norton 360 installed in my Computer, but just last week I keep getting this error.

 

Norton Security has encountered an error.

Error:8504, 104

 

I am running an ASUS laptop with

 

32 Bit

Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1

 

I am hoping you could help me resolved this.

Please run the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool and let us know the results.  If no joy, we'll go from there.
