Norton 360 error 8921, 253 Live update failure

I'm still fighting this problem. I've reformated the hard drive, installed XP3, re-installed Norton 360. Not only will live update not work, but I've also tried to activate Norton Utilities and it failed too!

 

Is there some setting in the firewall or Netbios I'm missing. I'm connected through a network at work, but this is my private computer.
