Norton 360 error message

The error is in 3035,6.  I have run 'live updates'.  I have no protection now.  What next?

Did you also reboot after running liveupdate until such time as liveupdate stated no more updates available?

Check if you have any other security products such as Trend Micro or McAfee SecurityCenter or Spybot search and destroy. if yes, remove them.

I am getting an error message of 3043,1 when I start my computer.  I have done what they have suggested....checking for updates and restarting but the error message is still there.  I am not a techy person and need step by step instructions of what to do next.  Please help!!
