Norton 360 – Facebook account has been disconnected but I cannot sign in

I have received a message stating “Your facebook account has been disconnected for 30 days, and we need your help to reconnect with us.

When I try to make contact on the Internet I get the message “Your security is important to us. You've been logged out due to inactivity or an expired session. Please sign in below.

I keep signing in again but keep getting the same message. Please reconnect my Facebook account.

This sounds very much like a scam to me.

Where and how did you receive the message? In the browser? in your email? In a text?

It is not likely coming from Norton and if you are signing in on some webpage you might be handing your credentials to the bad guys. I would change my password and 2FA from within the real Facebook page not from the a link given to you from an unknown source.
