So I updated to the trash Windows 10 is, then installed my copy of Norton 360, then I tried to block some progams/apps as I always do, from connecting the internet but i'm unable to do it. It doesn't matter which button I press, nothing happens. What should I do? Thanks. (I uploaded a screenshot, but my N360 is in spanish)
