Norton 360 for android. Safe Call and Safe email. The Safe Email is working on my computer,but I can't actuvate tge Safe Enail or Safe Call on my Samsung android phone. When I click on the Upgrade link it doesn’t respond. What am I doing wrong?

Safe call does not show update options

@MRNIGELGWILLIS What country are you in? My Norton contact says “It’s likely an upsell option if the customer is located in the USA. Genie Scam protection is officially available only for USA, UK, NZ and Australian customers (and not 100% of the user base is yet covered).”
