Norton 360 for iOS

I have an i phone and an i pad with the same problem, every time I turn on my devices I have to redeem my subscription and the Wi-Fi Security keeps losing connection, is this anything to do with the latest iOS updates because I have never had problems with this app before.

This issue is being discussed in this thread.

Keeps signing me out of Norton on my iphones - Norton 360 for iOS | Android - Norton Community

I managed to get it working on my i phone by signing in to my Norton account and removing the service and then deleting the app and installing it again, works fine now

Thanks Peter. Appreciate that you are helping. This may sound a little acerbic concerning Norton - but I pay a not inconsiderable sum for a service and in a situation such as this, I would expect Norton to be all over this with a sense of urgency. I’m a customer. Hey ho times change. Once again thanks for your help.

My i phone is working ok but my i pad is not, but my i phone keeps asking me to redeem my subscription every now and then, which is annoying because I get locked out for making too many attempts. I wish I had not renewed the subscription. Employee’s of Norton must have I phones so they know what the problem is.

I’m having the same problem, I paid $119 a year for the VPN on my iPhone…Every time I try to log in or use it, it always wants me to do a free trial and then charge me again. It doesn’t expire until March 2026. How can I get logging in without this thing trying too keep charging me? I have the Norton 360 on my iPhone.

Thanks, R Bell

Norton must know of the problem Rodney, there has just been an update has that made any difference?

I find if I close the app a few times it suddenly comes back, Try deleting the app and installing it again you won’t have to pay again.

Regards Barry

As already suggested, uninstall the Norton app, restart your phone and then reinstall the app. During the installation process look for a Redeem Subscription, or Sign in button. Use that instead of any option to start a subscription.
