Issue abstract:
I recently downloaded Norton 360 for Mac. I’ve run a full scan twice and each time, the app gets stuck scanning on the same file at 54%, where it remained for more than an hour until I ended the scan.

OS details:
MacBook Air, 1.1 GHz Intel Quad-Core Intel Core i5, running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
What is the error message you are seeing?
No error message. Norton simply gets stuck on the same file and will not complete scanning past 54%.
