Can anybody tell me when Norton 360 will be made compatible with OSX 10.9 Mavericks? I am running the Developer Preview (#5) and have not been able to run Norton 360 since...
Or perhaps there is a workaround that allows me to install the current version?
I'm sorry, but I don't think this a particularly helpful response from a Norton empolyee. There was nothing to indicate that the product wouldn't work with the developer preview, and the question the member asked was simply when Norton would be supporting the new operating system, or if there was a temporary workaround. Your response to his post was quite dismissive, and certainly didn't answer the question.

Apologies for any confusion here! I just posted a more complete announcement to the Forum documenting our OS X 10.9 support timeframe. You can find it here:
The bottom line is we DO plan to support OS X 10.9 on all NIS for Mac products (including those accessed via N360MD and N1) the day Apple releases the new OS X. We have the latest version ready and waiting and are testing it against each Dev build dropped by Apple.
Thank you for your question, and please let me know if any further clarification is needed.
When will support for 10.9 be ready to purchase? It seems odd not to have it available the same week as the release, no? Or at least to have a patch available.
