Safari cannot download norton 360 and my norton account has no record of my recent purchase. I bought it and had it installed at the store on an android tablet, which I later exchanged for an iPad mini tablet. I have the product key no. but how do I download the software? i have tried every suggestion I can find on norton sites with no success and am getting very frustrated.
