Bought a new Toshiba laptop with Norton 360 installed already.For some reason 1 month later nothing will stay running,error codes constantly pop up,turns computer off and on, its slow to boot up shutdown,things in programs keep getting changed or off/on reconfigure. I have scanned, tuned,restore date but nothing works and Norton says PC is great. What to do? Help
