This garbage frequently fails to respond when I attempt to open it. I getting sick and tired of this and am seriously thinking of caanceling my subscription and getting similar from a company that actually provides anti-virus software that works. I've removed and re-installed it numerous times and it still fails
Do you regularly restart your computer? A full system restart is often necessary to complete updates or pending remediation for issues found by your Norton product. Restart, not shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature..
