Norton 360 full scan fails

I started my norton 360, version 22.20.5.39 and since the last update, full system scan is broken.  Quick scan works fine.  Screen shot below.  I did a recent upgrade to firefox  but Im not sure that is the issue.  Anyone have this problem?  No error code, no more info that  tells what is wrong.  If so, whats the fix, please.

It is possible that running NPE required a system restart to complete the scans. The restart may have been all you needed.

Hello quote54. FYI, here is how to post screenshots on the forums directly into your posts. Opening a pdf file does have its security issues. 

Have you checked for fast startup being enabled? Here is how. I would also run Norton live updates to ensure you have the latest definitions as well.
