Issue abstract: Norton 360 keeps scanning drives all over again
Detailed description: I initiated a full scan, and Norton 360 kept scanning drives all over again. Left it overnight, it was still scanning in the morning, so I stopped it.
Product & version number: 25.8.10387 (build 25.8.10387.948)
Do you have a custom scan created? Norton should only scan your boot drive C:/ unless a custom scan has been created to tell it look at other drives. If this is NOT the case I would contact support for help with this issue. I can only suggest a removal only scenario with the current removal tool, reboot then manually remove any folder found with the names of Avast, Norton and Symantec then reboot again. Log into your Norton account and download/install your product from there again.

Thanks for reply. C drive only is in the Quick Scan. Full Scan does entire computer, it says that in its description.

You’re welcome. Please let us know what support give you in the event you contact them. FWIW!! I also have a second spinning HD as a software install and data drive for gaming titles. A full scan never scans it by default.
