ive try to fix O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [???6] "C:\Program Files\¿á6Íø\¼«ËÙ¿á6\Ku6SpeedUpper.exe" /start

 

but is seen to be cannot be fix is still appear and cannot be fixed.

 

Is this mean to be harmful?

Can you try and look in services to see if there is a service started with that same name in it?  If there is a service listed there with the same name, please stop the service and then try and remove it. You can find services by right clicking on My Computer, Manage, Services. You will see a whole list of services listed there.
