Norton 360 - Identity Safe Unable to Login

I have been using Norton 360 for almost four years.  I I purchased a new laptop in the beginning of September and after installing my Norton 360 program, the identify safe would not allow me to login.  After posting a message about this and trying to get support online a few times, I tried numerous "fixes", none of which worked.  In reading many posts regarding the same subject, I realized this has been an ongoing problem for months!  Finally I gave up and purchased a security suite from a different vendor.  When the licenses expire on my other two devices (which work okay now with the 360), I will be installing the new program on them. I am  extremely disappointed with Norton at this time.
