I had to uninstall and reinstall IE9 and then had to enable my add-on for the Norton Toolbar. I don't know if this had anything
to do with the fact that my sign-in pop up is now located in the far right corner of my display. It originally was located
more in the center of the browser which may it easier to click on to enter my password. Is there anyway to move it
back to the center again? I noticed that it is not movable by clicking on and dragging.
Please advise.
