Norton 360 Identy Safe Migration

I'm trying to migrate my Norton Identity Safe (Northon360) from an old machine to my new machine.  

 

I exported (backed up) my NPM files from Norton Password Manager, but when I try to restore them into Identity Safe, I get the following error:

 

"Unable to restore the profile. Please make sure your password is correct and the file is not corrupt."

 

I have exported several times and am certain that I got the password correct. 

 

Any idea how to get this data to import into Identity Safe, I sure don't want to lose 300+ passwords!

Which version of Norton 360 do you use?

 

If you use Norton 360 3.0, you can try the solution mentioned in this thread:

Eventhough it is for NIS, you may be able to find and use the files mentioned in Norton 360 3.0 also in simlar way.
