Norton 360 Install - Administrator Rights?

I just paid for a Nortorn 360 renewal (and upgrade), but when I try to install, it says the download manager requires administrator rights to download/install the program.

 

I switched over to my admin account on my laptop and tried again, but still get the same message.

 

I attached a picture of the error message.

 

Any suggestions?
