I need help. I have tried turning Smart Firewall off and everything else people have said to try, but I can not connect to Public internet. I can not even access google. There is usually a window that is supposed to open and give me a terms and conditions, or a sign in, and I would be given internet after, but I never get that pop up. Only home networks work, which is inconvenient on so many levels.
I need to be able to use the internet at school, on my laptop for assignments and projects. There must be someway to get the SSL or https to work, without getting rid of Norton Security. I need Norton Security because it is the only anti-virus that has been able to detect problems and fix them. I also paid for this subscription, so getting rid of it would be a pointless waste of money, that could have gone towards an art program on my computer instead.
